~Vacant home staging
   Furnished homes simply appeal more to potential buyers
    more than vacant homes do. Empty rooms rely on a buyer's
    ability to imagine their furnishings fitting there--which the
    majority of buyers have trouble doing! Staging makes it easy
    for buyers to see themselves comfortably living in each
    room, and inspires a positive response.  
    Estimates are free, and are individualized to each client's needs.

~Occupied staging program 
   In this slower market, more sellers are opting to stay in their 
   home while it sells. We offer specialized staging options to help 
   occupied home sellers: 

         ~Staged in a Day: 
           For a flat fee of $900, we'll implement your consultation staging 
           plan for you. We'll return to your home with our assistant, and
           spend the day expertly transforming your property, room by 
           room. We'll take your possessions and apply staging principles 
           and design knowledge to create market ready spaces. At the 
           end of the day, your home is ready for sale. 
           $900/day; all but large or unusually complex projects can be
               completed in one day.

~Do-it-yourself Staging consultations
   For home sellers or real estate investors who want an 
    in-depth preparation for sale and/or staging plan, this 
    option is the ideal choice. We will come to your home and
    together we'll thoroughly analyze your property inside and out, 
    room by room. We'll also take
    pictures, and leave you with detailed notes to
    guide you throughout the process of getting your home 
    market ready. 
    $200 for up to two hours, thereafter $75/hour.

~E-Staging
  Don’t live in the area? We can still help you stage your
   home! In this virtual consultation, we’ll initially talk together
   via phone about what your plans and goals are. Then you’ll 
   send us detailed photos and any necessary details about
   your house, both inside and  out.  We’ll then spend up to
   three hours together by phone, going through your property
   in detail and discussing our recommendations with you.     

   We’ll then provide you with a written, comprehensive home 
   preparation/staging plan that you can implement yourself. 

    Prices begin at $450.

~Re-designs
  Got that room that doesn't quite look the way you'd like it?  
   Would you like to freshen your home's look? A room 
   re-design is a cost-effective solution. Factoring in design
   principles, Feng Shui, and incorporating your personal
   style, we can help you achieve the look you're after. Makes a
   great gift, too.
   $200 for up to two hours, $75/hour thereafter.

~Shopping Asssistance
   Could you use a little more support and guidance throughout
   the home preparation process? We can help
   as little or as much as you'd like, with phone consultations
   available on a regular or as-need basis. 
   $200 for up to two hours, $75/hour for any additional hour.
