Straightforward proposals--and pricing.
We believe in informing our clients so they can make an educated decision regarding staging and selling their home. We'll give you an optimally effective staging plan that's tailored to your property, goals, budget as well as your competition. And you'll understand why we recommend it.
We also believe that you should pay only for services you use. That's why we don't pad our up-front staging fees to make the furnishings rental seem lower by comparison. We also don't charge you more because your house is worth more either. We base our pricing on the scope of your staging project, period.

In addition to her training and experience as a stager, Cynthia is also a real estate investor and has prior experience as a real estate agent. She’s familiar with the home selling process from every angle.
